What does CITREP Endorsed mean for your courses?
iKompass PMP and PgMP courses are CITREP endorsed. CITREP Endorsement indicates that our courses map to the skills framework determined by the National Infocomm Competency Framework (NICF). The endorsement of courses is a result of rigorous quality evaluation by IDA. CITREP Funding is available only for courses that are endorsed by the CITREP Program. In addition, iKompass is also a Registered Education Provider by the Project Management Instritue (PMI). Objective of CITREP is to equip professionals with critical and emerging skills. Becoming certified as a Project Management Professional and/or Program Management Professional demonstrates skills and experience in using and applying best practices to bring about positive change in the organization.

What differentiates iKompass from competition?
The iKompass approach to certification is a blended form of pedagogy. This includes traditional classroom based training and technology enabled e-learning training. Typical training companies tend to have only classroom based trainings which have limitations such as extensive dependency on those 3-5 days of classroom sessions. Once the sessions are over, participants don't have much support and are likely to fall out of the zone. With iKompass, participants have access to the e-learning portal from the time they sign up. For 60 days, in addition to the 4 days in classroom, our students enjoy the benefits of being a part of the online community that is built on social constructivism. The online portal allows students to interact with each other, share ideas and discuss various topics related to the subject matter. The learning management system acts as an excellent tool to test a student’s knowledge by keeping track of quiz scores and showing the rate of progress. Our success rate is over 95% for those who take the exams within 30 days from the classroom sessions.
