We provide very detailed outlines of what is involved with our program and give prospective students ample opportunities through direct contact with former students to explore whether this program is right for them. Therefore, once someone has commenced our program, we cannot give a refund.
In the event that the online course is provided as a complimentary product, as in, free e-learning access combined with classroom learning, iKompass is not obligated to provide any technical support. Dissatisfaction with any complimentary online course will not qualify for a refund for the classroom course
Withdrawal requests received within three business days prior to commencement of the classroom course will result in a full refund, less a $50 processing charge or an opportunity to transfer monies paid toward another course. Thereafter, withdrawal requests received within 24 hours from course commencement will receive a 50% refund. Students who seek to withdrawal from the course more than 24 hours from course commencement will not be entitled to any refund for that course. Students can move to another course with no additional costs.
In event of rescheduling or cancellation of a iKompass course:
1. iKompass will refund any course fees paid by the client provided a notice is received within 3 business days prior to course commencement. The client may also choose to transfer his/her registration (of equal value) to any other iKompass course or to any other client attending a iKompass course without incurring any additional cost subject to the availability of space.
2. iKompass cannot be held responsible for any financial loss incurred by the client or its employer due to rescheduling or cancellation of any iKompass course.
